Newest first. Every correction also runs at the top of the next issue and stamps the archived item permanently. Nothing on this site is ever silently edited.

That is a statement of fact, not a claim about the future. The target is zero and every correction triggers a review of the method that produced it. If you have found something wrong — particularly about your own firm — tell us and it will be read by a person the same day.
The policy
A correction request from anyone — a reader, an agency, or a company named in an item — is escalated to a person immediately and is never answered automatically. If the claim was wrong, the correction runs at the top of the next issue, the archived item is stamped with it, and it is logged here. If the claim was right, we say so and show the source document.
The one thing we will not do is quietly change a published page.
