The documents a federal construction project is actually governed by, in one place, linked to the issuing agency rather than to a mirror. Free, no signup, no email required. If it saves you ten minutes, it has done its job.

Editions and issue dates are deliberately blank. They are filled by the monthly link-and-version check, which fetches each document and records what it actually says — they are never typed in from memory. Links go to the issuing agency; confirm the governing edition in your solicitation, which is what controls.

Design and construction criteria

The documents a federal design or construction submittal is actually reviewed against. Each agency maintains its own; where a project is joint, the criteria that governs is stated in the solicitation, not assumed.
