Vehicles & Teaming Index
Every active multiple-award construction and A/E vehicle across DoD, VA and GSA PBS, with who holds each seat, what has been ordered under it, and when it recompetes.
Multiple-award vehicles are how most federal construction work actually reaches a contractor, and the decision that matters — who is on the vehicle — is made years before any individual project posts.
589 vehicles, 3,910 contractor seats, 2,130 distinct firms, and 17,205 task and delivery orders totalling $34.4B.
Of those 2,130 firms, 145 hold seats at two of the three agencies and 10 hold seats at all three.

Methodology
- Vehicles are grouped into families by shared original solicitation number, not by PIID, so a multiple-award pool awarded as fifteen separate IDVs reads as one vehicle.
- Entity resolution is on UEI, never on company name — names vary between agency records for the same firm. The cross-agency rollup carries a name-variants column showing what each agency called the firm.
- Ordering-period end is the latest estimated ultimate completion across the IDVs in the family. Recompete windows are derived from it and stated as a fiscal quarter.
- Order counts and dollars are live COUNTIFS/SUMIFS against the Orders sheet, so any filter you apply to the workbook re-totals correctly.
Limits
- FPDS multiple-award flags are inconsistent; families are cross-checked against the solicitation and the grouping basis is stated per row.
- Ceilings are as reported and double-count where IDVs share a program ceiling — the summary carries both figures separately.
- Obligations are as of the extraction date and move as modifications post.
